Pillar Healthcare’s General Terms and Conditions apply to all services. Once an order is placed with us, it becomes binding.

3. Prices

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Pillar Healthcare are not liable for any taxes and/or charges that may be incurred in your jurisdiction. Please check with the relevant body before purchasing.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Laser, and MasterCard. Pillar Healthcare uses the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as possible when you make a payment with us. 5. Complaints

All complaints about product defects, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be submitted in writing, within one week from date of original order. Please use the contact form on this website to inform us of any issue and we will respond as quickly as we can.
