Refund policy

While we hope you are happy with your order, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from Pillar Healthcare, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. You should aim to contact us immediately or at least within 7 days of delivery and we will consider your request for a refund.

All complaints must be notified to the company using our contact form on this website, within seven days of the goods being delivered.

The customer must cover the cost of return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

With exchanges, your new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which may be required.

We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged. This will be discussed before you send the parcel to us.
